- 30 days from date of purchase with original receipt
- 14 days for opened or used items

- Books in original condition with no writing, highlighting, or damage
- Unopened media (audiobooks, CDs, DVDs)
- Bookstore merchandise with tags attached
- Defective items (any time within warranty period)
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital downloads and e-books
- Magazines and newspapers
- Opened software or video games
- Special orders (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items

- Bring item with original receipt
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Store credit available for items without receipt
Online Returns
- Initiate return through your online account
- Print prepaid return label
- Package securely and ship within 7 days
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receipt
Conditions
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Original packaging required for non-book items
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
- Refunds exclude original shipping charges
Exchanges
- Available for any item within return window
- Price adjustments honored if item goes on sale within 14 days
